After 30 years as a school Principal, I've decided to retire to follow my passion as Ms.Potato! 

 

The Ms.Potato Food Truck will proudly serve food that provides comfort to all who eat it!  Our customers will have the opportunity to choose their type of potato, load them up with a choice of freshly prepared toppings and enjoy!  We will cater to all food lovers, including vegetarian and gluten free.
